Report a translation problem
A clean research lab is a happy research lab. If you have sterile floors researched, go for it. If not, at least some kind of floor is a step up from the dirty ground.
If you started with a tribal group, they have an inherent penalty to research.
If u want to speed it up and u use race mods u can make a pawn that has bonus to reserach speed. If u have ideology dlc u can also set how important research is in the current playthrough. Combining all of these and researching the better research bench as first prio will then make research easy for the rest of the playthrough.
