Gender of embryos

Is there a mod to choose/see the gender of embryos?
My neanderthaler colony had 4 boys born in a row. I need more females or the incest becomes worse...

IIRC gender is only set on birth, might be possible to mod it but I have never tried.

Could always attract a raid from a nearby village if you need new blood and don't mind less capable pawns.

If you don't mind mods, get the character editor. You can go in on a newly born kid and changed the gender to whichever you need.

Industrial Tech: Gotta keep em on meds like like a year or 2 in game.

Spacer Tech: Stick em in the Biosculptor and presto gender change-0.
