Missing install bionic part options

I recently notice that the options to install bionic leg, arm, eyes,... are gone. I don't know why, maybe it's a bug.
I don't know when the options are missing. I still can install peg leg or wooden hand, I can remove the bionic part but can't reinstall them.

You need to have the item in one of your stockpiles for it to show up

Mod issue, could be a load order thing. Do you use a mod sorter?

I use vanilla auto load order option. Beside I don't add more mod since March 2023. The game work fine until this week I deleted the file Player.txt file in the \AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios folder. Maybe that cause the issue?

No, that's just an error log file. It has no effect on how the game works, and in fact the game deletes it when you start it to ensure your log file is fresh if you need it.

Hey guys, I found the Research Reinvented: Stepping Stones last update causes the problem. I installed this mod in Oct 2022, game work fine until the mod updated in 9th May. Just uninstall the mod and the option to install bionic parts is visible again

Hello. I found this thread after a google search. Just updating with what I discovered so as to hopefully help others if they search and arrive here. The inability to install bionics or other body parts is as Lindo describes, an issue with Research Reinvented: Stepping Stones. However, it is not a mod conflict. It's intended design by the creator. You need to first research drug production and then penoxycyline. It is also an option that can be toggled for the mod. No need to uninstall the mod!!
