Names displaying in lowercase

I came back recently to play after a long break. I'm used to names being capitalized, so coming in after Anomaly released (I haven't bought it yet), I noticed that all generated names are lowercase by default, unless they're first names. It goes for pawns as well as place names on the world map.

For example, "The Bay Of Cambria" is now "The bay of cambria", and John "Johnny" Johnson is now John "johnny" johnson.

It's not a huge deal, it just bugs me. I only have Prepare Carefully and Harmony mods installed. Wondering what could be causing this? Was it an intentional change or is it a mod, or something else?

I'm using Harmony Prepare Carefully and a few other mods, I'm not experiencing this. My names, people and places all have the uppercase first letter of every word.
