Void monolith Tier 2 isn't symmetrical, and it's bothering me
The little pillar objects that sit on the side, the left one doesn't fit overtop, it's layered underneath!

yeah lol seems like they forgot to properly layer that side 😂

Man why did you have to tell us? Now I can't unsee it 😞

To behold its unspeakable form torments the minds of men to gibbering madness.

Lovecraft moment

"I cannot possibly describe it" proceeds to perfectly describe it vividly.

But yeah it's supposedly to be like lovercraft cosmic horror. It should be bothering you OP.
Why... why did you tell me this... this can't be unseen... can't be unseeeeeenn!

truely this is how all the old gods managed to drive people to madness, nothing about unthinkable horrors beyond our comprehension, just these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ purposely making things just enough out of place to be bothersome

Witnessed an uneven monolith. -20 happiness to colonist. At risk of chaotic break.
If you look closer you can spot that it seems asymmetrical because it consist of a bunch of sprites that are layered differently at each side, like many other sprites from Anomaly there are many layering issues going on.

Hey there! Would you mind disabling your mods and checking again? We're not able to reproduce this on our end, but it's definitely supposed to be symmetrical.
Huh, that's weird. I disabled all my mods except for one that changes the Anomaly textures to be higher quality just to check, and the layering bug ceased to exist. Don't I feel like an idiot?
Yes indeed, the problem is somehow caused by one of the mods on my mod list that isn't even Anomaly Upscaled, the only one I know of that could mess with this. Though it was silly of me to forget to see if it occurred without that mod on.
Yeeah, nothing I can think of was doing this, so even if I was smart enough to check without a relevant mod, I don't think I could figure out which one.

Binary search.

Keep adding mods back until it breaks again, then you know which one it was.

Too many to look at, not worth my time.

Rather then doing them 1 by 1 you could it in halves.

Add half your mods, if it breaks the issue is in that half, remove half until you find the issue. If it doesn't break, add half of the remaining ones, until you get the issue (thus the issue is in the ones you just added).

Continue narrowing it down until you have a comfortable amount to test 1 by 1.

Half of 700 is still 350, and I only have so much time in a day to worry about monolith asymmetry.

Yea but then you half them again. Basically, You test half (350), then you test half of those (175), etc. In just a few steps you will be down to a work'able number. Only real problem where this method might not work is if the bug is caused by a combination of mods rather then just one mod.

That said, it was just a suggestion, even with that method it might still not feel worth it to you.
