I think it's like if you put it as "radical" then you might get some random item names say something like "radical altar"

yes you are mistaking them for nouns.

Islam is the noun of the religion, aka the proper name of the ideological cult.
Islamic is the adjective of the religion, it denotes when something is 'from that religion'.
Muslim is the member noun, it denotes the name of a follower of Islam.

Example:

Islam is the religion whose members are Muslim who follow Islamic principles.

'Islamic' is the adjective that denotes something as being of that substance.

For Christian it would be Christianity is the noun, christian is the adjective and Christian would be the member noun as well. Same for Buddhism, buddhist and Buddhist.

However even in Islam this can be different depending on how you differentiate.

You also have sunnis and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for example, in that case you could argue for 'sunni' and '♥♥♥♥♥♥' adjectives but that's getting really specific and would only be used to differentiate between different sects of islam.

That specifically would be an example of the member noun. "Islamic" would probably be a better adjective. You could also make them the same; I think they almost always are for any real life ideologion I can think of off the top of my head. Islam is actually the only one I can think of with a difference (and even then I don't think "Muslim" would be inaccurate as an adjective either).
It's not just a religion thing, as the game's usage of "ideoligion" imples. For a secular example, you could say "liberals (noun) support liberal (adjective) policy," and so on.

I found a way to block all censorship on my steam account so I don't even know when words are censored for others anymore 🥹

How about that? I assumed hitting the "don't censor stuff" options would have removed everything you could, but a little bit of regex actually works. Neat. You guessed right, though.

For anyone curious, you can remove all censorship by going to steam settings, Friends & Chat, Chat Filtering, Manage, go down to Chat Filtering (again), then add this to 'Never filter these words'

Add that to the list and now all your chat will be unfiltered and uncensored.

It's silly how they give you the option to stop censoring content and words above this option but it doesn't actually ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ work. Now if you followed my instructions you can know and see exactly what word you already knew was there and is now unfiltered.
