Weird Shelf bug?

I have some mods installed (CE, being the main one, most of the others are QOL and i dont think would affect this)
My colonists keep getting stuck in place, they'll move something from one shelf to another, then freeze, rapidly switching between "Standing" and another task (Like hauling a chunk or smtn)
it lags my game really bad and makes it so they don't do anything.

I've had pawns stuck alternately placing and removing an item from a shelf before, vibrating. That issue was incompatibility between the (mod) item and the shelf, that claimed to accept that item but obviously couldn't fully.
