As i understand it the setting simply allows pawns that young to be rolled for raiders. Its still random (and i think a lower %, but don't quote me on that) if you get anyone that young.
That said you can get a raider group of "only children, drop podding down, with hand grenades, into the middle of your base" according to a amusing forum post i read recently. No idea on the % of the game rolling everyone young.
Thanks, and by the way is there a way to make child raiders spawn more often?
The people who do will give everyone a child killing debuff and then be hated for it lol.
I watched them trudge across snow to get absolutely shredded by a firing line only to see the real impact of the raid after i stopped laughing
