Report a translation problem
For example:
The 1.4 patch (Released along with the biotech DLC) added 2 new turrets, painting (items and objects), colored lights and the corpse rot gas addition (and the shelf remake but that might be considered just a balance change).
The 1.3 patch added the whole ranching mechanic, a new weapon, a new mechanoid type, facial hair, new meal types, visual wounds and "breaching raids".
I'm likely missing a few minor additions.
Game needs performance fixes and UI improvements that's for sure

The game definitely needs more UI updates. Ideology and Biotech both really QOL improvements, and so does basic stuff like trading and caravan UIs.

For a game as old as Rimworld that is a single player game and not billed as a "live services" game, that's actually not that long between updates. It has had no trouble "staying relevant" either, as every expansion has topped sales charts.
