Mech link quest
How do you get the mech link from the quest? I uncovered the corpse and went back to my base and I couldn't find it anywhere.

Right click the corpse and use the "extract mechlink" button.
Item drops next to the corpse.
If you did that then can't find it then create a stockpile and enter the item name in the filter window to select only that item, don't remember if it decays.

also.. under no circumstances... remove the skull from that corpse before you have extracted the mech link.
