Will the game get more expensive as days go by?

I'm from Argentina and the game was cost around $300ARS, I was waiting for the day it goes on sale but now I find that it's worth about $2100ARS (not including DLC) and my question is, will it get more expensive? should I buy it now before the price reaches a ridiculous level?

Depends on how much your countries inflation changes compared to the world average, doesn't it?
They just updated all the local prices, so that would explain your price increase.

And Rimworld, on sale? I think since it came out, I've seen it one time on sale for like 10% off?

the game was always worth the same amount of money in years, with the release of the new DLC I was interested in buying it and now this happened

It goes on sale fairly regularly. But always only 10% off. The DLCs don't go on sale though, just the main game.

there was an adjustment to regional pricing, was supposed to be on the 17th but was done early due to fraudulent purchases (info pulled from another discussion here). probably wont go up again unless there is another regional pricing adjustment, but thats obviously just my own guess and based on nothing really.

as for the sale, only the base game has gone on sale in the past, and for 10%

This is due to the ridiculous inflation in your country (and a few others).

The game isn't really getting more expensive per se, it's just that your currency is worth less and less over time.

sure, but here the normal pay for your work is around $40.000 ARS , so 12% of the salary goes here

i already say it, the game was around $300 since the release, now in one day that change to $3600

So if the situation goes even worse, the price might get updated again.
Same thing in the opposite direction, if the situation is better, the price might get reduced.

Yea maybe people from these countries can finally actually support the game dev instead of getting it for pretty much free essentially off of the backs of people who pay the real price.

Sorry, but that was your mistake right there and you're not the only one. I hear it a lot.
Why wait for a sale discount? It's only going to be 10% and the time you spend waiting to save yourself 10% is time you could have spent playing.
As for the DLC's, better to get them when you've mastered the game and have learned how to play it. There's no need to consider the cost of those now.
