Having all dev tools in one place makes sense, but having it placed where it's used at also makes sense.
I'd probably have looked at it in dev tools too. Removing roof was also moved around apparently.
Having the remove hediff button in a different place than the add hediff button and requiring that god mode be activated rather than just showing up with dev mode is not less intuitive?

I would agree with you if it didn't require me to know that I have to activate god mode for it to appear and it appeared with regular dev mode, but it doesn't.
Feels more intuitive than me. But just not what you're used to.
