Harmony help?

Okay, I really haste to ask but I can't figure this out so can somebody please help me figure out how to update harmony to the newest version? Like explain it like you would to a child. I don't manually update mods anymore, haven't in a long time, so I am totally lost and am completely frustrated. I don't know how to manually update a mod I downloaded from the workshop , so literally any help is appreciated. I went to the github link and downloaded the file but I don't know what to do from here. I am sorry for any inconvenience, I don't usually ask for help like this.

You extract the mod's folder to the game's Mods folder. If you're using the workshop version, there's no reason it shouldn't be up-to-date.

The version on the workshop is the most recent public version of Harmony. If you think the version you have is not what it should be, unsubscribe from it on the workshop, wait a moment for it to "download" then subscribe again, this will ensure you have the latest version.

There is a test version of harmony in development, it is a beta and it is only meant for testers and mod devs, it's full of debugging tools and is not going to function normally. There shouldn't be any reason for you to download it, stick to the workshop version.
