There are no "premade" xenogene templates available in the game that you can purchase and use on a pawn to turn them into one of the preexisting types either. You can recreate the exactly and name them "Hussar" or "Genie". Thats about it.
But there is nothing that can be done in the game to cause them to be recognized as "the same" as the AI generated pawns that have the preexisting templates.
Then again, go into dev mod and give one of them the gene implanter organ from the sanguinophages and see if it changes the label.

Highmate genes are xenogenes and do not pass on to children, and the xenotype name does not pass on either.
I just need to load some test colonies and see if all the new xenotypes do that. (Although it would be really odd if ones like Yttakin don't pass through.)
