They falsely claimed my entire thread and all my posts are ai, generated by chatGPT because i simply pointed out that they do not make any effort whatsoever to improve on basic source code relating to the poor pathfinding and priorities of "pawns" in the game.

in 2000 we didnt have ai. You had to learn how to C++ code the way a caveman had to strike rocks together. It wasnt fun, it wasnt productive, it wasn't useful in the long run.

AI doesn't root out and improve nightmare coding issues. It -creates them- with a veneer of not being one.

If it's so easy to use AI to improve the code of the game, why don't you write a patch for it yourself using chatGPT? The source code is accessible to anyone, Tynan made sure anyone could look how the game was coded in order to support mods.

So just put your chatGPT to work on it 🤔 I'm sure you will have Rimworld 2.0 made in a week or so.

I dont own Rimworld. I cannot update their game. I would volunteer to help them with it but look at how i post. Do you really think they would accept someone as divisive and toxic as myself onto their dev team? I would ruin the dynamic and they're right to refuse my personal help in any format.

You absolutely can make a patch. Ideally you'd do it with Harmony, but if it's serious enough there's multiple ways you could make a patch to directly modify the .dll
Consider consulting ChatGPT on the subject, I'm sure it can describe multiple processes for you.
