Dubs bad hygiene: Bathroom sizes
For people who use Dubs Bad Hygiene, how big do you make your bathrooms? I usually just make mine 3x3 with a latrine and water tub across the middle to start off with, then I put a toilet, basic, shower, and maybe a towel radiator in the corners. Unless I decide to make a big public bathroom I don't see much point in going bigger than that. What about you?

Judging from my screenshots, mine tend to end up being 3x5, but I usually use bathtubs instead of showers too. Also means there's more room for mats which make things prettier.
But it's not really because I put a lot of thought into it, just sort of how it ended up.
My bedrooms are 5x5 generally, so when I use Bad Hygiene I just make the attached bathrooms 2x5. Takes up about 50% more space but doesn't require extensive redesigns to fit everything. Probably more efficient ways to do it but I like the symmetry.

2x2: toilet, basin, shower if its a dedicated room if i make them like a dedicated room inside apartments.

my apartments are usually 3x9 with just a toilet and a basin inside. think hotel rooms.
washrooms are communal and can function as a full on spa with saunas, whirlpools and swimming.

Typically 9-16 tiles. I generally plan to put like a sculpture or two in there for impressiveness but rarely get around to it. Tends to just be a toilet, sink, shower, and light for most of the game, sometimes a bathtub even though they are slow, depends on the colony theme and if I want to "pamper" my colonists.
Depends on what I'm doing. Small colony? En-suites of minimum 3x3, normally more like 5x5 with art etc. Big colony? Probably a couple of 10x10 (or similar size) communal bathrooms instead.
