Is uranium ok to like just, keep?
like is it radioactive in this game? or is it okay to leave it in my closet?

it's not radioactive in this game and has no side effects.

It's depleted. It's also quite useful to build things out of, like walls and blunt weapons. Uranium walls have a lot of health and aren't flammable, uranium blunt weapons do more blunt damage than those made of any other material.
