My pawns won't wear cloths

For some reason all my pawns won't go wear cloths even clothes they just took off......
I tried to set them to wear anything and it still didn't work
It was working fine then suddenly I noticed unhappy nudity and discover the bug
I fixed the shuttle bug by deleting it with dev mode and now is left with a clothing priority bug

Turns out it is a converter of the polarisbloc mod pack that is causing the issue
Removing the item and spawning a new one fixed the issue
