Forced Weather Quest bugged (no Weather Controller spawning)

Hi everyone,

in my current playthrough i got "weather controller protected by X pirates needs to be cleared" quest. I entered the map 4 times wihtout a controller spawning and by that cant complete the quest.

Now... I DO use alot of mods and I am pretty sure it is caused by one of them. I am wondering if either someone knows about conflicts which could have to do wiht this bug or know a workaround like save-editing or sth.

Cant you go into the map and Use the Dev mode to spawn one in tho?

Its to fix a bug so id say thats fine although i think cheating in single player is fine personally

THANKS ! Never realised the easy-access dev mode. Was able to just move the quest to completed.

How did you move the quest to completed using Dev Mode? I'm not seeing anything like that near the quests

It might be easier to just destroy the site on the world map with dev mode.
