That's not how seeds work here. Starting seeds controls the shape of the world, that's about it, there is no effect on raids or events. You can even reload to shortly before an event happens to get something else or nothing because that event is determined basically the instant it spawns.
If you want constant raids you can add them in the scenario editor at a set interval, note that regular (storyteller) raids can also happen independently.

I mean you could use the Wave survival mod or Igor the Invader, those two will give you raids alright.

I thought distance to enemy bases had influence on raid frequency.

Use the dev console to spawn raid events. :)

"But Veers, that's cheating!!----"

Damn right it is. What do I care. :p

what do i care indeed
Is it really cheating if you spawn a 30k drop pod raid in the middle of your own base? Only if your base is strong enough to fight one.

It can be, if your goal is to capture all of them for organ farming.......... >:)

(what??? don't stare at me like that, two-thirds of the players in this entire forum seem to make a whole industry out of selling black market pancreases...........)

I think there are mods that make the location of your base affect raids, but I don't think it makes a difference in vanilla. After all you could still get drop pod raids by raiders even if they are further away. But I think it does affect who exactly raids you. In my current game I am close to 3 hostile tribals and I get raided by them more often than by pirates.

It does not. Your position on the world map has zero effect on who raids/visits you or how often.
