Does Removing a Tongue Negate The Effects Of "Annoying Voice/Creepy Breathing"?

So I have a new colonist with both these debuffs, but their stats are very nice. I was wondering if I could remove the -50 social debuff it has on other colonists by simply removing her tongue?

If you remove her heart you will resolve the issue I believe

I mean you can always add back the tongue if you needed it with bionic.

But I believe the pawn gets mood debuff if you removed the tongue though.

IIRC shattering the jaw in older versions of rimworld did in fact remove the debuff as their talking was equal to 0%. Removing the tongue should do the same.
