Philosopher's Stone
I just rewatched Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood and I asked myself, is there any mod that can turn humans into a material. Maybe to boost your skills, or life or become immortal.
I already know the altered carbon mod and Immortals and its not was I'm looking for.

You can use vanilla butchering tables to turn humans into materials.

There is no mod like that unless you create it yourself.

Don't know of any mods like that though certainly becoming an unkillable rapidly regenerating casting god is certainly doable enough with 3 dlc by itself. Technically biotech you harvest people for material to make yourself mighty, boosting stats and skills. Basic humans pretty worthless for it though of course.

Not an exact match, but the Vanilla Expanded Puppeteer Psycasting has a few of those things.

You can siphon off the brain power of other people to improve your own. You can make "puppets" of other people. You can annihilate a puppet and absorb their life force as EXP. And you can transfer your caster's mind into the body of one of their puppets, effectively giving them immortality. Body to old, or too injured? Just brain wipe someone and steal their body!

Yes, Biotech DLC and Xenogerms. What used to be an incredible achievement to get to 20 crafting skill is now laughably easy with xenogerms. You just have to be lucky and find the good ones from traders (this can take a long while) which can create absolute beasts with no ageing gene as well (basically god-like) especially with archo limbs and all the artificial body parts that come with the Ideology DLC.

Check out the Rimworld wiki Genes page.

Actually you can get skill 20 pretty easily without xenogerms, you just need fast learning perks or good memory perk and have them craft all day long. (idk why i said it was hard) But the other xenogerms are pretty fun to play with.

In the base game you can butcher humans for meat and leather to further your wealth and run the energy of your colony off of meat turned into chemfuel.

With Biotech you can harvest the genes of xeno-humans (yttakin, neanderthals, etc) to create your own superhuman geneline. Try combining some of them like robust (25% damage reduction), unstoppable (getting hit doesn't slow them down), reduced pain, superfast wound healing, etc... you can get pretty insane colonists like that already. And then we haven't yet talked about the archite genes (which you need to find and can't harvest, I think).

With Anomaly you can use sinister psychic rituals to strengthen your colonists even further. Suck the life force out of prisoners to make your people younger and possibly live forever. Drain the psy-essence of humans to make your own people more psychically sensitive and thus, stronger psycasters. Drain their knowledge and transfer some of their skill-experiences to your pawns, making them stronger and more skilled. Completely drain the life force of a target to give your own pawns death-refusal; meaning, when they get actually killed, they will just stand back up again, completely healed. You can stack this multiple times.

So in the base game with DLCs there are already several ways in which you can use and harvest humans to make your own people stronger. Not exactly sure what else is possible with mods. I know that there is for example a mod that lets you put people into bio-tanks to use them as a power source.
