though that one seems to create issues with uncommon sexualities or relationships.
Another alternative: There is a psionic power which can make two pawns fall in love. If you are able to get this, you can find another appropriate partner for the desperate pawn and try to stop him from trying to flirt with someone already married that way.
If you were particularly sadistic, why not set up a temp "hospital" on a corner of your map and amputate his legs.
This game has so much freedom when dealing with troublesome pawns.
You may as well at least turn him into nutrient paste and hats.
It took me a few hundred hours of playing as "the nice guy" before I realised that it was soooooo much more fun when you didn't follow any moral compass.
That is the joy this game brings, you can do what you want. Normal people can easily draw the line between just playing a game and real life. Yet if you somehow find that line blurry, nothing in this game will change how you probably already act.
Multiple marriages as mentioned makes the whole situation rather trivial though and is definitely the way to go if you just don't want to deal with social management.
Sounds like real life to me, it's just the game keeping it real.
Fantastic.
