Thanks for a suggestion but I think it's not totally what im looking for. Here is a quote from this reddit post:
"I once had a concept that was pretty much about personal property.
It had a wage system, gambling, and storefronts where people could buy things for their own use.
The basic gist was that you could set a wage per job, and even set pawns to automatically perform jobs based on what would give them the most wages. For example, artists will get paid based on the value they add, growers for hours planting, and so on. Those wages then get sent out by Bankers, a new worktype, that handle distributing and collecting money from taxes. Pawns can then spend it to buy food and items from stockpiles at like 70% sell price. The item is then listed as theirs, meaning nobody else can wear it unless they decide to sell it.
Paired with this was research for money types, ranging from basic currency(silver) to printed money(Rimbucks), and even a debit/credit system that allows them to use money stored in the central bank. Later on, there would be RimCoin, which was a digital currency that can't be stolen but otherwise works like regular money.
So all in all, you'd have wages, shops, banks and currency progression, taxes, and lastly casinos to pair with hospitality.
I was going to commission it, but I had financial issues right before I did so."
