Personally I just ignore quests that seem like they're gonna be deadly. Or the ones that are like "Use 5k stone blocks to build a piece of garbage monument" when you only have like 1k stone blocks pre-cut. Like nobody's forcing you to take every quest and you should be deciding what's worth trying instead of getting blinded by the reward offers.
Rinse and repeat for easy Psylinks, access to quests since my guy has a bunch of Honor and I did the Charity event at the start and their raids aren't that difficult and pretty lucrative.
