Medieval overhaul mod, missing Basic component

I am not able to create basic component when i go into the bills section of a smithy, does anyone know why this is the case and how to get them? i did not find anything in the research section about it either

You don't build them at the Smithy, but at the Fabrication Bench.

Strange, the fabrication bench is not available in my game, do you know how to get it in medieval mod?

Unfortunately not, I am playing vanilla, so I don't know whether the mod switches around some techs and bills. But shouldn't you be able to eventually research microelectronics, too? I know, from vanilla, that you just start of earlier research-wise, when you start tribal (similar to medieval?).

Don't see any options to make a fabrication bench, it wont appear in the production tab even if i search for it, im afraid my mods rremoved some features that i need at the same time :(

Update, i figured it out, turns out there is a workbench that does allow me to make them, thank you for your time !
