Royalty+base game. Anyway to hunt down a specific pawn?
I lost my acolyte and it transferred to his daughter. They aren't part of my faction. How can I either find her or increase the odds of her spawning in a random event. No mods or dev tools please.

It says what faction they're a part of, right? Try raiding a bunch of bases of that faction, and in theory you'd find them eventually. You could also try allying the faction (if possible) and keep calling for caravans until she appears on one. If you have the Anomaly DLC, you could also try using the ritual that teleports an enemy pawn to your base (I forgot the name). Make sure you're enemies with the faction, in that case.

What I strongly recommend, if at all possible, is to designate the heir yourself, by calling the Empire via the Comm Console, after Microelectronics has been researched.

The ritual isn't too difficult, just need to build a monument. If a piece gets destroyed you lose some rep, but you still get to keep the heir change. Just need to finish the thing. Especially with Knights and above heirs are so crucial, nothing like losing a Praetor, Baron or Archon, they do so much.

The person was already dead so I couldn't transfer it. I need to track down the guy who inherited it, but they are under my faction and they aren't in my base and never have been.

Then the other recommendations work. If allied faction, then calling caravans or military aid, using a psychic shock lance, then capturing and converting to your faction is one way to do it. Though you'll have to rebuild faction rep if you want to stay allied unless at 76 or higher (attacking faction = 75 rep loss).

If hostile faction, then Skip Abduction is a slow way to go about it, as it is completely random - that is the Anomaly ritual. Otherwise yes, raiding their bases (risky), or waiting for their raid and then using a shock lance are a few ways to do it. Honestly, it might be easier to just rebuild the Honor on a new pawn.

Acolyte is like the first real title. Usually one can rather do a random quest, or sell 3 prisoners / give some gold - to have the title on another pawn. That´s probably the easier and faster way to get that title "back".

I don´t think You can really track down these people...
