Disabling Mood Bells
I don't care if my colonists are in a bad mood. How can I disable the bells and chimes that come with worsening moods? Those sounds are worse than the breaks themselves.

I don't think there is a specific one for that, you could try a sound mod pack e.g. Death Stranding sounds to see if any change it.

The thread below is from years ago when a guy was posting about migraine trigger noises, we were trying to help him, and by the bottom of the thread someone had chipped in and made the mod.

Might be worth asking for help on the workshop forum, a kind soul may be passing.

I should point out that those sounds aren't related to moods specifically, it's related to the game's alert system. The permanent (until remedied) notifications in the bottom right, including notifications such as low mood, medical emergency, low food, need food source, and other more or less crucial things to fix before things spiral out of control. There's a sound for regular alerts (alerts with transparent background) and critical alerts (alerts with red background). Low mood in the minor break zone is categorized as the former, major or critical break zone as the latter, with their respective sounds upon update.

I can't say I ever found the sound annoying, and I'm reasonably sure not caring about pawn moods isn't a productive thing in the short or long term, but I do hope you find a solution that suits you.
