Im more hands off so I just scheduled a few outs before bed time. works well enough for me.
If your more a micromanager you probably want to watch your pawn a few days to see what time they take what routes. Put the meditation room on route and scheduled it for that time.
So something like Wake up, goes to nearby rec room to eat, and mandatory scheduled rec time. Then onces thats done over to meditation thats positioned on way to their job.
But thats something only a crazy person would bother with.
Pawns do a good job meditating on their own when they need to regain focus to hit the target I set. If anything, I actually think they do too good of a job, prioritizing meditation more highly than I personally would.
The only advantage I can see for scheduling meditation, beside the aforementioned anima tree thing, is to save them on walking time but having it on the schedule just leads to them meditating when they don't need to so I'm not convinced you end up saving anything in the long run.
Worth pointing out you can have Tribal Quest Guests meditate to the tree all day, even if they otherwise are incapable of work.
Generally the best time to meditate would be whenever in the day the pawn would be closest to the meditation object in question.
