Why r key is not working
i cannot rally and unrally troops. Why it is not working? What mod do i need?

Check your keybinding settings, or find out which mod broke it if that doesn't work.

The r key drafts pawns in vanilla, if it's not working for you it is likely a mod that is overriding it.

Unfortunately, mods can affect keybinds without them actually showing up in the keybind settings of the game, so unless someone who sees this thread knows of a specific mod that effects the r key you may not get a satisfactory answer here.

It would probably be faster if you use the 50/50 method of mod removal to identify it.
