so every now and then some strange person comes to the colony wanting to join and has a strange ability. is there a list of this and there side effects? 1 just showed up with unnatural healing.

Its not that bad to be honest. Seems like the bad outcomes haves pretty low chance to occur. I think i have now seen 6 of them and 3 of them left, 2 had organ decay and 1 joined permanently wihthout anything happening. Might be related to colony wealth too, at least for the big risk ones.
