File check doesn't really apply to mods of workshop, only games & dlc.
I suggest you to close steam totaly, and delete the content of the rimworld workshop folder.
It should be located in ;
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\
(replace C by whatever drive you have the game installed to)
as the mods you subscribed are recorded in your steam account, it *should* download properly once steam notice thei're not on your local machine anymore ^^
Appreciated for the reply! I'll give this a try.
You're welcome, glad to help ^^
it happen sometimes, regardless of games / mods, but it's pretty rare so not that obvious unless you spend far too much time on steam forums haha
Have fun diggin the new updates ^^
Make sure you delete the steam download cache and download manifests (both steam and rimworld) too
