Rescue from undercave not possible

If one of my pawns gets downed in the undercave, rescue is unavailable. It says there is no available medical bed in a safe temperature. I have a whole hospital, but it's (obviously) on the surface.

Just draft a pawn and right click the person and carry them out.

Carry and leave area. I don’t think they even need to be drafted

Everything but strip was disabled. I wasn't playing commitment so I loaded the most recent save and everything was normal. I was able to carry and climb to surface. So I guess this is like a weird intermittent bug or something. The circumstances of the pawns being downed was identical.

I believe it’s a memory leak or a poor game initialisation. I sometimes get it where guests from hospitality comes and then they just freeze and stand still on the edge of my map. Restarting the game has fixed it every time. I’ve even had it with my pawns once or twice. The reason I say this is a memory leak is because it happens a fair bit in, three or so hours, not from the first time I load the colony but even that has also happened
