So if your pawns were lovers before they got inhumanized then the +30 relationship modifier is still there but it will be ignored as long as they remain inhumanized. If one of the lovers kills a fellow colonist, the other lover will get a negative relationship modifier against its murderous lover but that too will be ignored so long as they remain inhumanized. If they get cured of inhumanized then they will go back to tallying all their positive and negative modifiers again.
As all inhumanized pawns have their relatioships set to zero, they are incapable of forming positive relationships (or negative ones) but they will retain all positive relationships as these can only end if their relationship value drops below zero - and the inhumanized are set to zero. Likewise, lovers can not progress to marriage because their relationship is frozen at zero.
