escape entity is off
So the time it shows like with slaves is a chance over time, yeah. But I have all the time with no exception (nobody in door, etc) 2.5-3 years, but they espace every 5-10 days all the time so frequently that I can't imagine having so much bad luck by now.

Every entity so far that I have captured, EVERY single one (around 20 by now) escape 5-10 days later having high containment and duration displayed - as said 2.5-3 years.

No power drop, no light loss, no open door...

Because I don't have them captured at the same time, especially since some escape did not survive, this overlaps, so I have like every 1-3 days an escape that is crazy.

That's strange, my first 2 years ingame didn't have a single escape. I know the escape rating actually climbs gradually over time. My revenant also seems to get lonely and break out if I don't study him. I doubt that's an actual thing but he's back to sitting in his cage all happy after repeated breakouts on maintain only now that he gets regular visits again.

Lol when I've wrote this a devourer escaped, I put him down and he has fully healed 2.5 years. Escaped now 5 IG days later again. It just does not stop. Checked log. 4.8 days. and prior escape was 8.3 days ago.

Is this some sort of a joke?

Shard inhibitors are prohibitively expensive for how little they do.

I'd like to see another pass on containment. Maybe instead of an arbitrary time-based containment strength creep there could be escape events or challenges.

Kind of get decent amout of shards, but the shard inhi don't stack. I still use them. I have the electric too and floor. Btw light also gives bonus and for some even cold.

I forget to mentioned that the 2.5+ years I have on those is when they are fully healed. So of those <=5 days escape intervals they are some time even at escape "never" due to immobility and for example now after 1 day healing a devourer is still at 5.3 years interval. So this makes it all even more insane.

I have also notice this and experience an increase in escape of entities and prisoners/slaves. After the update they probally increased the chance ratio of escaping to spice things up in playthroughs and to force the players use the new items to lower the chance. Like damn something is escaping almost every 5 days, looking at the escape interval info doesnt make any sense

Slaves have been behaving for me, entities were escaping rather often until I confined them in more secure rooms, around 200 containment, they rarely escape now.

Slaves are fine, but entity escapes are a JOKE. Seriously, shard inhibitors + 2x electric inhibitors per platform, everything lighted up. 7 Gorehulks, 1 Devourer. Entity escapes every 3-4 days.
