Pathfinding
Normally I don't have much issue with pawn pathfinder. They are dumb as bricks, but I can deal with that. The Unnatural Darkness event has completely frustrated me with it though. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good mod that gives pawns a bit more common sense when pathfinding?

I'd write up a viciously barbed rant right now, but all the micro I've had to do to stop my pawns from walking 100 tiles in the wrong direction to get to something 20 tiles away from them has completely wiped me out. It really feels like they have been programmed to walk through as much of the darkness as possible to get to where they are going.

I watch my pawns' pathing so I know where to set up walkways and the like. It makes late game much easier when you they can move swifter to get to an emergency. But since this darkness fell, they stopped going on the same paths and started using stupid ones for whatever reason.

I used to use this one:

It hasn't been updated for 1.5, but the mod comments say it is still working just fine despite that.

I'll check it out. Thank you. :)
