Performance Fish 1.5 released

Can you guys confirm that?

That might have been part of your issue then. performance Fish is supposed to be at the top of the load order based on some research I did on it before I started using it yesterday.
Your load order should have looked like this:

• Prepatcher
  
• Fishery
  
• Core
  
• Performance Fish
  
• DLC's
  
• <all other mods>
  
• Performance Analyzer
  
• Rocketman

You also had both Harmony and Prepatcher installed at the same time. Prepatcher includes Harmony and there could be a version mis-match between the Harmony you had installed and the Prepatcher version.

Then why does the Perf Fish mod itself say missing dependencies "Harmony" in Rimpy when you remove harmony!? Is this a database problem?

Prepatcher is weird, when I installed several mods turned red, later that day when I reopened the game they were white again, who knows.
