The Actions menu does not open, there is such an error in the console:

"Exception filling window for Verse.ImmediateWindow: System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary.
[Ref F942B9EE] Duplicate stacktrace, see ref for original
UnityEngine.StackTraceUtility:ExtractStackTrace ()
(wrapper dynamic-method) MonoMod.Utils.DynamicMethodDefinition:Verse.Log.Error_Patch8 (string)
Verse.Window:InnerWindowOnGUI (int)
UnityEngine.GUI:CallWindowDelegate (UnityEngine.GUI/WindowFunction,int,int,UnityEngine.GUISkin,int,single,single,UnityEngine.GUIStyle)"

I have mods

If not, then I would start by disabling mods that are not 1.5 compatible and see if one of those is the culprit.

Mine was getting this for a while until I manually updated all my mods.

Do you mean to reinstall all mods? It's just that all my mods have already been updated to the latest versions

Go to the workshop page for Rimworld, then click Browse > Subscribed Items, then sort the list by Date Updated.

Then for any mods that have been updated in the past 1-2 months or so, unsubscribe, and then resubscribe to them to force Steam to update your files.

Or you can use RimPy to do it for you.

It didn't work, there is still an error
I'm not sure, though, maybe it's already different

I don't use the Material filter. And all mods are compatible and up-to-date

in my case "research tree" the culprit.

It's a good mod, but I don't have it in this build

Well, I found the problem. The Hair Modding plus mod was in conflict with something, I installed its fork and everything worked

By the way, reinstalling all mods somehow improved performance.
VitaKaninen Apr 27, 2024 @ 1:11pm
You would think that Steam would handle updating mods automatically on its own, but apparently not.
Risel96 Apr 27, 2024 @ 1:12pm
Steam updates, but the authors don't)
