Hauling resources out of Pit Gate sucks

I've got a pit gate on the base and it's full of Steel and Component mines. Mining them is fine but the micromanagement needed to haul all the resources out sucks.
I have to select each pawn individually, right click the resources on the ground, keep doing that until the pawn is at max capacity and then right click the rope to leave the pit.
Once the pawn is on the surface I have to go into their Gear tab, drop the resources then have them enter the pit again to repeat the process.
This has to be done dozens of times depending on the amount of resources availabe in the pit.
It sucks. Please add an option similar to the caravan screen to just mass empty the pit (once it's cleared out of enemies).

On the other hand, I can see it being part of the challenge of the pit to have it take time to empty it of resources and risk more fleashbeast spewing. This I understand, but can something still be done about the micro intensiveness to it? perhaps an button to "Empty Pit" which sends down select pawns to haul out any resources. This process could still take time to complete but at least the player wouldn't need to micro manage the pawns in the process.

You can click the pit gate exit in the gate zone and get a menu to select the items like a caravan. Your pawns should lode the gate and the items will end up outside the gate.
