Got one of these bad boys through a merchant who had the misfortune to go through an insectoid hive. Probably my new favorite hunting weapon. Good accuracy, solid stun rate, solid damage for animal purposes. Obviously not a bot killer but pretty much works on everything else. Super cool weapon.

Hunting is an interesting application for it. I had poor results using it against people. Poor accuracy at close quarters and less than ideal damage which is what im dealing with 75%+ of the time so id rather just have a gun that kills things fast.

Been loving the legendary one I got as a quest reward. Having some stun available for the a melee focused strat works really well to slice and dice and it can be decently lethal at legendary.

I definitely agree there for later game. Definitely give it a try on your hunters though. Or as a support weapon to back up a powerful melee'r. I found the best result with it are gotten when you're not trying to actively kill enemies with it.
