That or dump them somewhere at the end of your map.
Only downside is that the toxicity will slowly keep spreading and eventually you will need to clean it up. Oh and sick colonists if they stay too long in the zone.
Cleanup is also surprisingly easy. I just wall in the area and build 3~6 pollution pumps once I have atomizers like Veylox said. It takes a bit of time but it's no more difficult than waiting for a moisture pump to drain some mud for you.
If you can get a pollux seed or two while working towards Atomizers that can also eat A Lot of toxic waste for you. I know everyone says they're worthless, but early on they're very happy to just munch of toxic waste tiles.
