How to turn on off these blue error popups?

BRO i swear they make a popup notification every time something brakes (my game runs fine, but the popup won't go away and the noise is earaping me).
they appear on the top left of my screen, while in game

Never seen such a thing in my game over thousands of hours of play. Are you sure that's not a 'feature' of some mod you have installed? Because you can probably disable it if it is.
