You might be thinking of discord. reddit posts show up in google search, you don't need any kind of account or app to see them.

Most of them are ready for the 1.5 release, some minor ones (like vanilla achievements expanded) won't get updated at all and there's a couple of major ones (insects expanded, witcher mod) that will get some type of rework or fusion in the future so they won't get an immediate update

Vanilla psycast expanded is being updated but not ready yet. Almost everything else is ready
