I would definitely love to have the Yamato
But I guess they are kind of moot. Why use a boat on water when you have flying jalopies?
Pretty sure I saw some frigates and battleships as well.

The anime 'Space Battleship Yamato' comes to mind:
"The inhabitants of Earth secretly build a massive spaceship inside the ruins of the gigantic Japanese battleship Yamato which lies exposed at the former bottom of the ocean location where she was sunk in World War II. This becomes the "Space Battleship Yamato" for which the story is titled."
I also don't think it would 'realistically' fit on the map but a lot of things in rimworld aren't their historical or realistic size. I'm pretty sure centipedes are supposed to be massive hulking mechs but they just take up a single tile for example. The same goes for the mech bosses. They're all supposed to be so massive they wouldn't fit through a door normally buuuut as we all know ... they do.
Reminds me of Red Alert where soldiers are just as tall as tanks, all the units are merely depictions on what is on the field rather than accurate portrayals of 1 to 1 reality.
Monitor would actually fit pretty well, though. I mean she'd still need multiple maps to turn, but not just would she be smaller, she only had 2 weapons in a relatively central 360 degree mount that would probably work well for a RimWorld model. More likely to have the resources to build her, too.
