Anomaly on consoles ?

I finally convince my friend to try Rimworld . I notice there is no Biotech dlc on his xbox
Do consoles are behind updates compare to pc or something ?

You could say that. If you want all the latest DLC (and mods), stick to PC.

its a simpler platform, intended for more basic games and players, Im not sure anomaly would be a good fit for that

I toggle between PC and Xbox for Rimworld, and the console version has dovetailed slightly and were about a year behind for the last DLC. That said, the developer has been really quiet on all work on the console version since, with very few updates since launch and just an FAQ post that explains they are not prioritising DLC.

"We aim to bring more of the PC content over to the console edition in the future but need to evaluate the impact on the performance of already-released content before we commit to anything further."
