Cant implant xenogerm
I understand how it works with sanguaphages but trying to make a custom xeno it dousnt let me convert anyone, what am I missing?

Was this in the editor or mid game? Do remember the xenogerm implant only implants xenogerms not germline genes. You can't be both inheritable and injectable.

ohh so if I dont have inherited traits on I can convert anyone?

It has a cooldown, a pretty long one but yes.
