Scenario Editor not working - main culprit found

I am slowly when I have time going through my fairly extensive mod list to see what's causing this, but I'm hoping someone else had this problem and can chime in if they found what caused it- the scenario editor is not functioning for me suddenly.

If I go into edit scenario mode, the interface doesn't work, clicking on option buttons does nothing, clicking on checkmarks or x's works, but I also cannot scroll down any of the lists or windows. I also cannot back out of the scenario editor, and the only way to get out of it is to fully close and restart the game, since the buttons do not work, or do not even show to go back.

Editing a while later to note: It seemed to be the Vanilla Factions Expanded: Ancients mod, removed that one and scenario editor is working for me again, not sure what other mod it may have been cohabiting badly with or if it was just that mod in particular.

Turn on dev mode in the main menu, open the scenario editor, look at the error log and see what's going on there. Might point to your problem.
