i tried to make my pawns put my food in my freezer, but they keep putting it in the storage room

You can edit the storage for the storage room zoning and turn off meals/food. You can also increase priority for your freezer instead. You should probably turn off the ability to even store food/meals in your storage room, so they only have one place to put them to begin with, because if the priority is the same, the pawns can't tell the difference.

i turned off the food and made the freezer top priority but they still put it ON THE GROUND

If you are using things like shelves for your food, only 1 pawn can reserve a cell at a time, so if you have a large crop coming in, and everyone is helping to carry stuff, they can not all use the shelf at the same time.

This can cause them to drop it in a non-optimal location if it is allowed to go there, or they will just unload their inventory outside. In addition to having shelves in my freezer at a high priority, I also make the whole floor as a stockpile with a low priority so that people can still load things into the freezer, even when 2 people have reserved a shelf.

They can rearrange things later on.

i try to make them haul the stuff, but it says its blocked off

Then that sounds like why they can't put it in the freezer. Have you adjusted their allowed areas?

Is the food allowed in the shelves/stockpile zone in the freezer, is it full, is it in an allowed area, is the priority higher then the other storage area. Do remember 3 item types per shelf tile and only one item type allowed in a stockpile tile.

as i've said before, they havent put the food in the freezer, the food is allowed in, and its high priority

But just because the food is allowed in doesn't mean the person carrying it is allowed in. What fixed the problem?
