When the raiders come, send them in single line formation towards their death...
Let the hail marry barrage from both sides turn their bodies to vapor...
amputate all their limbs and leave them next to a cave full of bugs to tear them apart
Secure them in a cave with a wild bear, then wait.
I think they're also guilty for trying to escape, so just jail them hoping they'll escape, and you can retroactively pin the whole situation on them for a consequence-free execution.
Might depend on your ideology settings though
You could also just have an execution ritual, and I know some people like to send the colonists they want to banish on a world trip lasting forever but I tried it and it doesn't really seem to work, I still get the mood debuff whenever the guy travelling with no food ends up dying
If you don't want to try to cheese it, the banish option is probably the cheapest one, I think it's a minus 3 mood.
Have two prisoners fight each other with weapons. The one who survive will be patched up (and get new body parts is needed) and released, while the loser gets disposed on however you want. Maybe a medical test subject for your new doctor. Maybe they get sent into the warg kennel. Or maybe just the good old execution ritual.
