Modwise, a few suggestions off the top of my head for sanguophage stuff:
Hemogen Extractor mod - a cryptosleep containment tube that extracts hemogen from the occupant. Variable output/duration, you can have 1 hemogen pack a day or up to 10 hemogen packs every 15 days.
Anesthetic Implant - self explanatory, implant this and the pawn never wakes up again
Simple Slavery Collars - utility slave collars, electric shock/cryptosleep/explosive options. The electric one is great for prisoner control.
